To all:

Burning Ridge proved to be quite the challenge on a breezy day.  Course conditions were very nice as the greens were receptive but rolled fast and true. Those conditions yielded some nice sub-eighty rounds and some stout postings:  Kurt (71), Denny (73), Cookie and Me (78).  Joe Stanger and Ron K both posted +6, and Denny and Frank both posted +4.  Nice job on a windy day!

As for the match; Team Hayworth (Denny H, Mark B, Kevin C and Rick Mc) nabbed first place at +2. Denny paced his team with his +4 (unusual for an A player).  In second was Team Barton (Darrin, Jeff H, Ron K and Joe M) at even.  Ron K was the stud with his +6 day.  Third was grabbed by Team Tonnessen (Kurt, Richie G, Gary M and Dave A) at -1.  Again, the A player paced the squad with support from Dave's +1.

As for the skins it was the usual cut fest:  Denny H on #'s 6 and 9, Kevin C on #7, Kurt on #10, Bob B on #12 and Cookie on #18.  Mark B had an unreported skin on 17 but we squared up.  Skins paid nicely at $18 each.

Next week we take on an "easier" track playing MBN - West.  First tee time is 9:05AM, double tee, room for 32 at $49+.
