Gentlemen:

 

Well it is that time of year.  Cool starts and warm finishes.  Guess we need to get the layer thing going.  Course conditions except for the tee boxes were pretty good.  The green were very quick.  We only had one sub-eighty round today by Darrin (77).  Good shooting.

 

First place today was the last minute threesome of Mark V, Bobby S and Al A at +15.  They were +13 going in but picked up Darrin as their A player which added another two shots.  Al showed up nicely posting +7.  By the way, Kurt was the A, but wound up in the hospital yesterday.  He seems OK now, but we all wish him well.  

 

Second place was nabbed by  Team Magnetico (Joe M, Ron K, Gary M and Bob M) at +6.  Murph came out of nowhere to post +8. (When Murph shows up, Murph SHOWS UP!).

 

The door prize went to Team Barton (Darrin B, Tim H, Pat L and Joe S) at +4.  Joe S paced his squad with a +6.

 

We had two skins hold up today and they both went to Bobby S on #'s 1 and 14.  Bobby snagged $65!

 

Next week we go toward Pawley's to visit Litchfield.  First Tee Time is 8:30AM, double tee, 32 players at $46+. We also need someone to run the Closest to the Pin, so let me know if you'll volunteer.
