Gentlemen:

 

Today at Heathland was hot and slow.  Course conditions were pretty good, however the usual long round at Legends prevailed.  Still we had some decent scores to show for our patience: RB (69), Darrin B (73), Ken Walters (74), Bruce B (75), Mark C, Joe D, Kevin C and Todd B (78) and Me and Larry C (79).  That's ten players breaking 80.  Pretty good!

 

First place today was captured by Team Barton (Darrin B, Bob S, Joe M and Dave S) at +17.  Dave showed up big posting a whopping plus 10, and the rest of his squad was plus.  In second place was Team Walters (Ken W, Steve G, Kevin C and Chris K) at +14.  Again, a "C" player shows up as Kevin posted +8, supporting another no minus team.  The door prize one stroke back went to Team Bales(Bruce B, Wayne F, Don S and Mike S) at +13.  All those guys were in the plus column as well.

 

We had five skins survive a cut fest:  Kevin C on #2, Ken W (eagle) on #5, Bob Sant on #'s 9 and 12 and Mark C on #14.  Skins paid handsomely at $22 each.

 

A quick thanks to Joe Magnets for running the Closest to the Pin pool.  Jackie is out indefinitely, so Joe has been the guy.  Also thanks to Pat L, Joe S and Mark V for supplying the markers and tapes when needed.
